Here, all hearts allowed.
It was the first time I attended such an event.
The fear that had stayed with me since childhood made me avoid facing people who I thought were attracted to the same sex.
But with the first step I took there, everything changed.
The very purpose of the event changed for me.
Before I went, I didn't even think I could connect with anyone.
However, my perspective completely changed.
When I saw people being so comfortable with their existence, their bodies, their genders, and even proudly loving who they loved, I decided to turn these photos into a series to be seen by people like me.
Unlike always, this time, this place was where no one judged others for any reason; instead, people smiled at each other without any reason.
While I was taking photos, my eyes unconsciously fell on a placard that matched everything I had seen.
Here, all hearts allowed.
